WATER FEES,  BUILDING PERMIT FEES AND OTHER  FEES

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAST TAWAKONI; WHEREAS, this city council has determined it is necessary and to the best interest of the City to revise the fee schedule for  services provided by the City of East Tawakoni.  The rates shall become effective March 1, 2006 and shall be as follows:
